This Vinyasa (flowing breath) class is a dynamic sequence in the practice of Hatha yoga which joins the asanas with strength postures. This yoga class is designed to become familiar with the basic asanas and build endurance through both standing poses and stretching poses. We will join hybrid styles from hot yoga, vinyasa, and yin to bring our class from a powerful workout to a full body alignment, restoring the veins, muscles, and organs. This flow class is for all experience levels, preferably ages 14+. Adult supervision for ages under 14 is strongly recommended.
