Virtual Art Class - Hudson River Landscape Drawing - Cornell Creative Arts Center

In this class students will be guided to appreciate the season and a moment in time in the Hudson Valley. Drawing on the beauty in our own backyard, the famous Hudson River, we will learn to capture the mood of a classic fall landscape and autumnal colors of our environment. By exploring and using one point perspective, light, shadow and color, we will take time to dabble and take our drawings to the next level. Materials Needed: Canvas board or mixed media paper, Acrylic paints, Brushes, A photo of a local scene, A pencil & eraser, Water & Paper towels
