This class with Cornell Creative Arts Center is designed to inspire the creative soul and awaken the spirit by creating your own mandala! Mandalas are created by using the symmetry of geometric patterns and shapes which have the potential to transform and restore a sense of mental balance. These hands-on, interactive creative expression courses will focus on different elements of self-expression. These elements include identity formulation; self-centering; expression of emotion; and connections to the inner and external self. Materials include: Acrylic paint Canvas Pencil Compass or something circular trace on the canvas
