Experience the ease, grace and power of moving like water with a beginner tai chi class at the Walkway Over the Hudson. Tai chi is known to help relax the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. It is scientifically shown to ease high blood pressure, improve blood circulation, reduce risk of falling, relieve anxiety, and more. Harvard Women’s Health Watch goes so far as to call tai chi, “medication in motion.” These 1-hour experiential sessions are suitable for beginners. No previous knowledge is required. Bring family and friends along - tai chi is great for all ages!
