Warm Water Yoga

The sensation of doing yoga in 94-degree water feels like a warm embrace where participants gain confidence in their body, inside and out. Warm Water Yoga offers the benefits of stretch, balance and strengthening, allowing participants to experience greater freedom in movement. Beginner and advanced yoga students alike are able to gain a deeper awareness of the mind-body connection as well as discover a wonderful new way to unwind and relax.
