Over 20 shops fill this charming village, which is bordered by apple orchards and wineries and offers artistic delights like oil, water color, and acrylic paintings, stained glass, black-and-white and color photography, pottery, antiques, jewelry, woodworks, candles, soap, sculpture, and more. For second-hand clothes, check out My Sister’s Closet. Bliss Co-Op has hand-crafted cards, jewelry, and hair accessories created by its talented female members.
With all the walking you’ll be doing, you’ll certainly want some comfortable shoes. Pegasus Comfort Footwear has locations in Woodstock, Rhinebeck, and New Paltz.
