Wine-tasting and Discussion of "Grapes of the Hudson Valley" by J. Stephen Casscles

J. Stephen Casscles, a winemaker at the Hudson-Chatham Winery, will lead a discussion on the 200+ year history of fruit and grape growing in the Hudson Valley and the wines produced from these fruits, including local heirloom wines, along with a tasting of locally-produced varieties. Afterward, copies of Casscles' book "Grapes of the Hudson Valley" will be available for sale and books can be signed by the author. RSVP required.
