Wood Duck Kayak Build

In this week-long course, students will build from start to finish their own, lightweight wooden kayak. Sheathed in fiberglass, this kayak is built to withstand gravel beaches and regular use and are easy to lift on and off a car top, making them ideal for the weekend paddler. This class will construct the Wood Duck 12, which can hold more than 275 pounds of person and equipment and has a roomy cockpit for easy boarding.
