Wooden Spoon Carving with Matty Hart

Matty Hart of Aubry will introduce students to the handcraft of Swedish style green wood spoon carving. Matty will demonstrate how to use a hatchet to cut the spoon blanks from a freshly harvested green log and then teach students safe and effective knife grips for carving.
