Join seven poets from Next Year’s Words as we cook up poems from art along the rail trail from the trestle to Women’s Studio Workshop. Attend a public reading of poems composed in response to WSW’s Au•gust artists at 2:30 pm on Saturday, August 15. Gather again at 11am on Sunday, August 16, when Next Year’s Words poets will coach and cheer you on to make word art (ekphrastic poetry). Then read your new poem to a bunch of arty enthusiasts at 1:30 pm.
