Focus will be on protecting the First Amendment rights of the citizens of the Town of Woodstock from Governor Cuomo's executive order divesting NYS funds from groups supporting Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS), the campaign for Palestinian equal rights, and by creating a blacklist of those groups.
