Students from Vassar's music department will present "Songs of World War I," a short concert of songs representing a range of attitudes towards the war including works from the African-American spiritual tradition and a variety of composers, such as George M. Cohan. Following the concert, there will be an open mic starting at 6:45. Participants are invited to share a song about or against war from any era up through the present.
