Laurel of Holistic Youth Project teaches a Teen class every month. Each focuses on a topic designed to help kids navigate their various responsibilities. Explore the idea of mindfulness through breath, movement, and intention. Teens will also learn tools and techniques in the class that they can use in their everyday life.
