Hudson has become a food mecca of the valley that shares its name. Crimson Sparrow, specializing in molecular cuisine, opened in June, and Zak Pelaccio of the Fatty Crab dynasty will open a restaurant on Warren Street in October. This event offers food samples from Hudson’s finest restaurants and cafés, including perennial favorites like Vico and Café Le Perche. BeLo 3rd hosts the event from 11am-2pm under the tents in the 200 block of Warren Street, rain or shine.
