Rhona Schiffres started Challah on the Hudson in 2011 with a single bread machine and no more than four orders per month. Today, Rhona hand braids about 75 loaves of the familiar bread each month in her Kingston home, has dozens of customers, and offers numerous flavors. Her products have become a popular culinary presence in her community and beyond.
