Healing is not a solo endeavor, dear Aries. Luckily you have the care and brilliance of your communities surrounding you. Use them! While you are embarking on a process of rebuilding yourself as a sovereign individual, you’re also learning one of the paradoxes of personal growth: In order to become your authentic self, you must learn to stand on your own and express that authenticity with others. Expressing your authenticity includes expressing your needs and vulnerabilities. You cannot do just one of those practices (becoming independent or just expressing your needs). They are interdependent, and so are you.
