The more you try to grip the wheel, the less control you have. And, yet this is what you’ll be most tempted to do. This lunar eclipse wants you to release old feelings and stories that have accumulated over the last few years, so you can have a truly fresh start. It wants to teach you that taking action isn’t the only trick up your sleeve. Self-care is less about self-improvement, optimization, and performing perfection and more about undoing and unwinding. There is work to be done, but it won’t get done through force.
