Is it true that no good deed goes unpunished? It depends on the seed of the deed. An act of true altruism and devotion is its own reward, especially for a cherished belief or cause. However, if there’s a speck of “giving to get” that taints your deeds, you may find yourself quite miffed by how your “help” is received. Not to imply that you consciously perform selfless service to enhance your image or boost your ego, but a subconscious gremlin may be gumming up the works. This month’s eclipse will shed light on any less-than-authentic motives, and point you toward an uncommon spiritual experience.
