Since 1991, Peekskill has been finding ways to draw in artists and creatives — and rieaped a rich harvest of regeneration in return. Now, as 2020 begins, entrepreneur Ben Green has unveiled a plan for a major arts center, an adaptive reuse for 24,000 square feet of industrial space that will incorporate two theatres — a small art cinema and a 109-seat facility built to Actor’s Equity spec — along with high-tech sound stage capabilities.
