The outbreak of COVID-19 has upended the restaurant world as we know it. An unprecedented number of service industry workers are now unemployed, and independent restaurants are facing mounting costs without revenue to match. To help support our Hudson Valley restaurants and service industry workers, we put together a list of ways we can all pitch in—from buying merch to donating to fundraisers going directly to the workers who need it most.
