It’s the Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival, hosted by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce from July 7 – 9. The festival at Barton Orchards in Poughquag puts the emphasis on family fun, from 10:00 am – sunset daily.
