Poem: Tea for Two

Carved, deep from my rib you lie
Smooth, white ash bitten bone
With all our blessed, sin soaked whims
You, now we
I, now us

How our laces intertwined
Intrinsic little pulls
Dug deeper still into the ground
We twist among the brambles
