CANCER (June 21–July 22)
When I looked at your chart, the first line of Mary Oliver’s poem “Wild Geese” came to mind: “You do not have to be good.” You don’t. In fact, I suggest you read the whole poem. September’s skies seem to promote all that is clean, beautiful and virtuous, but I would like you to go in the other direction. Find love in the dirt, shadows, and unholiest of places. Make love out of despair, venom, and depravity. This is alchemy. You’ll find your materials in the deepest recesses of your mind and in the lives of all who came before you.
