Maybe you’re not ready to go spades blazing and plant a victory garden that sustains you and your neighbors through the apocalypse, a global pandemic, or another World War (hey, Iran), but you still value local produce. No judgement here, the weekly trip to the farmersโ market is a lovely ritual. Here in the Hudson Valley, spring is around the corner and local growers have already started seeds in their high tunnels. Before you know it the first flush of produce will be here. Get your baskets and your canvas totes ready. Here is a list of local farmers markets operating in 2021.
