Woodstock-based stuffed bagel brand Moonrise Bagels threw open the doors to its second location on July 20. The new spot, in a plaza in Poughkeepsie, is already drawing long lines for the gourmet, grab-and-go meals with options from a classic bacon, egg, and cheese to the deluxe reuben.
