Doesn’t take a lot to build us up when it comes to lobster rolls, so the arrival of Buttercup, a lobster roll, hot dog, Capri Sun-cocktail pop-up in Hudson’s Prison Alley just really got us going. A mecca of summertime guilty pleasures (from soft-serve to booze), the establishment run by mixologist extraordinaire Kat Dunn will extend its season until the end of the year.
