On July 29, we hosted a virtual panel in collaboration with Kingston Design Connection to speak to women professionals about their experiences working in male-dominated design spaces. The rich conversation covered everything from embracing limitations and a female aesthetic to dealing with harassment and discrimination in the workplace to uplifting and inspiring other women in the industry.
