Caring Connections and the Resource Center for Accessible Living presents an annual caregiver family conference called Caring for the Caregiver: Get Connected ~ Become Empowered
Friday May 2nd, 2014 8:00am – 4:00pm.
The Keynote Speaker will be Maria Blon of Sparks! Life Coach and Energy Healer. Maria will speak on the “Empowered Caregiver”.
There will be a welcome from Michael Hein, Ulster County Executive and Chris Gibson, U.S. Congressman.
Topics include: Medication Safety, Managing Stress through Preplanning, Nursing Home Transition & Diversion, Keys to Staying Connected to your Inner Spiritual Side.
Local Vendors will showcase community resources.
The cost is $25.00 which includes breakfast and lunch also scholarships are available.
