ArtBridge Kingston, connecting the public to local artists, has chosen Deborah Mills Thackery's Lighthouses of the Mid-Hudson and Frank Wright's Ashokan to adorn its bridges in its second exhibition, curated by Marcia Acita, Kerry henderson, and Deborah Masters. "An impressive number of Hudson Valley artists embraced ArtBridge's call with original content reflecting both regional pride and artistic vision. The commitment to this type of public art is wonderful for the city of Kingston. Everyone who participated should be proud and I look forward to seeing the selected works of art on display" says Marcia Acita. The art will begin its display on the bridges over Broadway in Midtown, Kingston on Sunday, March 16 and will remain showcased for six months.
