Your worth is not tied to what you produce. Your worth is not tied to how much you can do on your own. Many of us are taught the opposite; that we need to have “something to show” for our efforts, and that we need to constantly display our efficacy. The truth is, you’re valuable because you exist. Over the next few weeks you may feel pressed to increase output, income, and results. There’s nothing inherently wrong with wanting to be more productive, but notice if this is simply a tactic to prove that you’re worthy.
