With 12 years and countless memories at the restaurant under her belt, Sarah Rodland was well-equipped to take over Miss Lucy’s Kitchen on Partition Street in Saugerties this July. To the new iteration of the menu, Rodland brings a renewed commitment to local produce sourcing, garden-fresh herbs, and antibiotic-free meat, while holding fast to the homestyle cooking and cozy country ambiance that Miss Lucy’s is known for.
