Swing by Madava Farms in Dutchess Countyโs Dover Plains for a maple-infused Easter brunch on Sunday, March 27th. Situated on 800 acres of pristine, sustainably managed land in Dutchess County, the century-old sugar and red maples have ideal terroir and seasonal weather conditions to produce a superior sap for maple sugaring. That Crown Maple syrup is baked into scones and sticky buns. It glazes ham and candies bacon. Itโs in the vinaigrette and, of course, itโs poured over pancakes. Brunch seating is at 12pm with an Easter Egg Hunt to follow for kids 12 and under.
