Grano Focacceria
This family-friendly pizza place in Cold Spring serves dishes reminiscent of Little Italy: artisanal thin crust pies, mouthwatering meatballs, baked pasta and calzones made with fresh mozzarella.

Vegetarians and vegans are flocking from near and far to experience the tacos, curry bowls, and other top-notch delights at this cozy restaurant with outdoor and upstairs mezzanine seating.

Butterfield
Set in the Hasbrouck House, formerly the Inn at Stone Ridge, the name Butterfield hearkens back to a Colonial colloquialism about the excellence of the surrounding land. As does Butterfield’s mission: to source everything from within a 20-mile radius. The housemade lamb sausage is served with an herb and almond puree.

Ms. Fairfax
Looking for a simple but eclectic meal? Ms. Fairfax is artsy casual using local, fresh ingredients, to nod to the cuisines of Italy, France, Morocco, England, Vietnam, and the US with its fowl, smoked meat, and fine cheese dishes. The Backyard Turkey Sandwich consists of home-smoked turkey, herbed aioli, cranberry compote, and arugula.

Kovo Rotisserie
The menu at this casual, Greek-inspired joint is a build-your-own rotisserie pita sandwich or salad bowl. Choose a healthy(ish) side like zucchini fritters with fresh-made tzatziki or refreshing Greek wine to accompany your meal.

Buns-n-Bourbon
The focus here is on fine brown spirits and good party nosh, like burgers, dogs, and fried sandwiches and several kinds of fries to choose from. Brought to you by the folks at Taco Dive Bar, Buns-n-Bourbon further cements Peekskill’s bar cred.
