Tucked behind a small vineyard and a field of hops off Burroughs Drive, RMV Cellars feels like a discoveryโless a stop along the way than a place you settle into for a while. Created through the coming together of Red Maple Vineyard and Great Life Brewing, the space brings winery, brewery, and restaurant under one roof, with a shared ethos of craft and conviviality.
The mood is easygoing and welcomingโfree to enter, built for lingering. Come solo, meet friends, or bring the family; the rhythm holds. Inside the taproom or out across the lawn and patio, the experience unfolds around food and drink made on site. The kitchen goes beyond standard brewery fare, offering elevated takes on comfort foods shaped by global influences and the seasons, with produce drawn from the farm and nearby partners.

At the center is a tight-knit team: head winemaker Madi, brewer Cody, chef Sara, and farm manager Danielleโeach working in close collaboration. That interplay shows up everywhere, from beers brewed with maple sap tapped on the property (including the Sap Sucker Saison and a house sap soda) to dishes featuring house-raised pork and farm-grown vegetables.
Thereโs history here, too. More than 35 years of hospitality experience feed into the project, with roots tracing back to a family catering business launched in 1993โand some of the same staff still in the kitchen.

Thereโs live music on Friday and Saturday evenings, trivia, and offbeat events keep the calendar active the rest of the week. Starting in June, Wednesdays take on a distinct flavor: Italian evenings with wood-fired pizzas, lasagna, chicken parm, and grilled dishes finished over hot coals, paired with fresh salads from the farm.
Itโs a place built on craft, but also on atmosphereโthe kind of setting where time loosens, and the point is simply to be there.
