Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW) returns this fall, running from October 30 to November 12, 2024, offering food lovers the perfect opportunity to explore the region’s vibrant culinary scene. Organized by Valley Table magazine, this biannual event brings together over 140 restaurants across the Hudson Valley, each offering specially crafted prix fixe menus that highlight seasonal, local ingredients at affordable prices. It’s a chance to enjoy three-course meals at some of the region’s finest dining spots for around $29.95 for lunch and $44.95 for dinner.

Ulster features a range of exciting options. In New Paltz, Garvan’s Gastropub provides a cozy, historic setting paired with a menu that fuses traditional Irish fare with Hudson Valley produce. For creek views and upscale American comfort food, head to Black Barn Hudson Valley at Diamond Mills in Saugerties.

Columbia County also shines during HVRW. Wm. Farmer & Sons in Hudson serves elevated American cuisine with a focus on seasonal and regional ingredients, while Feast & Floret, also in Hudson, delights with its Italian-inspired dishes using the freshest produce from local farms.

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is not just about great food; it celebrates the region’s agricultural heritage, sustainability, and the creative chefs that make the Hudson Valley a premier dining destination. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a memorable meal, this two-week event is a must-attend.
