Approximately 50 New York wineries will gather at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds with over 100 gourmet food and market vendors. A gourmet food showcase will offer $1 samples of signature dishes from Hudson Valley restaurants and caterers. Wine education seminars will be held as well as demonstrations by accomplished chefs like Vincent Tropepe.
