How does money make you feel? How did your family of origin treat money? This summer presents an opportunity to reassess your attitude surrounding finances, security, and personal resources. There may also need to be a restructuring of expenditures, investing, and saving within your household. Money is generally a touchy subject because it is intimately tied to the culture of the family and the environment we grew up in. Our sense of safety and identity can be wrapped up in what it symbolizes. Issues that arise regarding distributions of wealth, or the lack of funds will reveal something deeper about your emotional patterns.
