  1. This is an excellent event because I can find and sample restaurants that I otherwise may not have known about. Also great if you are considering hiring a caterer. You can sample some of what they do.

  2. Food was terribly disappointing, and the event ended up being very expensive for the portions/quality of the food. Initially they told as at the booth , that most tables charged 1 to 2 tickets for a plate. When in actuality, most items charged 3, and many 4. I had very little that I would describe as delicious There were greasy crabcakes, cold tacos (that we had to wait 10 minutes for) tiny corn fritter, unseasoned, and had no romesco sauce, (as was advertised). chewy inedible Jamaican oxtails, that were impossible to eat, and tasted terrible, and a bacon wrapped shrimp on a spoon of the blandest risotto I’ve ever tasted. We spent about $50.00-between tickets, and admission into the event…We could have easily spent that money and eaten a full meal at a decent restaurant. The beer from Gilded Otter was delicious-pumpkin Ale.
