When you’re planning a wedding, one of the toughest decisions you need to make (aside from “Are you truly the one for me?”—but we can’t answer that for you) is choosing food that will please everyone at your reception. Add meat-eaters and vegetarians/vegans to the mix, and choosing a caterer becomes an issue that seems insurmountable.

Halo & Horns Catering eliminates the problem with professionally trained chefs that provide a full spectrum of choices to satisfy carnivorous palates and plantophiles alike. “We take the headache out of having to please everyone,” says Angela Accomando, co-owner of Halo & Horns with her partner, Anthony Accomando.

Angela received her chef training at New York City’s Natural Gourmet Institute (aka Vegan Culinary School), while Anthony trained at the acclaimed French Culinary Institute. Together, they come up with diverse dishes that align perfectly with the tastes of any guests.

“Usually, vegan caterers won’t cook meat, and regular caterers aren’t creative with their vegetarian dishes,” Angela says. “We offer creative vegan dishes so guests who follow vegan and/or gluten-free diets don’t have to endure boring food. We create food that’s delicious, creative, and fun.”

A glance at their menus highlights mouthwatering appetizers like seared pepper-crusted tuna and Moroccan lamb meatballs, while entrees range from pan-seared organic chicken Provencal to eggplant “steaks” with a red wine reduction.

Halo & Horns can provide full-service catering at nearly any venue that a wedding couple can dream up. “We have catered backyard weddings as well as weddings at venues in New York City and at historic sites,” Anthony says. “We are self-sufficient and bring everything we need, which frees up the client to choose their preferred site.”

Choosing Halo & Horns eliminates the need to juggle multiple caterers to address all dietary needs. Now, the only decision that’s left is which of the restaurant-quality dishes you want Angela and Anthony to whip up. Now, that’s a decision that’s easy—and delicious, too.
