The third annual Chefs For Clearwater returns to the Culinary Institute of America on October 14 from 4 to 8pm. Chef Brennan is working with 5 local chefs to produce a five-course meal prepared with local, seasonal ingredients all to raise funds for the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater’s education programming and environmental activism.
