Louisiana-raised electric player and singer Landreth started out in thrall to Nashville pickers Scotty Moore and Chet Atkins and found his first work as a sideman to zydeco legend Clifton Chenier. His tenth solo album is last year’s Bound by the Blues. Steel and Dobro genius Cashdollar comes originally from our regionโWoodstock, to be exactโbut now makes her home in Austin, Texas, from where she’s won eight Grammys as a member of Asleep at the Wheel.
