I found my happy shopping place at the Aid Tibet Thrift Store at the Tibetan Center on Route 28 in Kingston. I found a really nice pair of second-hand chocolate brown corduroy Jones New York stretch pants here for $5, and a pair of cute (gently used) pink velour yoga pants for $3. There is a great selection of men and women's clothing to go through. They have all sizes, but the sizes don't seem to be organized at all. Doesn't really matter though. I like to just go through the racks and find stuff. You can find just about anything here from used suitcases to used ice skates. They also have a nice selection of kids VHS tapes, DVDs, and used kids books for cheap. The thrift store is open daily from 11am-5pm. They also offer meditation classes, lectures, and have a separate Tibetan Gift shop.
