This workshop will provide 12 methods of connectivity for the senses to address human behavior and in so doing reconnect one’s intuition and innocence to the process of reinvention. Each particular exercise is designed to organize the relationships between our ability to see and feel and how those factors provide clarity for our decision making behaviors. All participants will undergo collectively, the analysis of implemented reactions to each exercise and learn the process of what is referred to as CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and DBT (dialectic behavioral therapy) as they exist in art and perception. No supplies needed.
