Art Exhibit. Sat. and Sun. 9/5/20 to 10/25/20, 12 to 3 pm.
This has been a time of political strife, immigration struggles, racial unrest, and a pandemic. Some of Mr. Watrous' works reflect these harsh realities, but others are aspirational, looking to ways that we are or can act well together. These aspirational paintings celebrate our similarities, as well as our differences. Frequently, he uses dance as a metaphor for cooperation and harmony between people of different races, cultures, ages, etc. Other works in the show are just joyful and escapist
Indoor exhibit, limited number of viewers, masks required.
