Go All In (The Hudson) For Mental Health Cold Plunge

In honor of Cassidy's 23rd Birthday, the Flood family is continuing to honor her bright and inspiring legacy with a plunge in the frigid waters of the Hudson River. All donations will be used to support the mental health crisis in children and young people in Cassidy's hometown of Kingston. The generous donations made in honor of Cassidy have provided yoga + meditation classes in Kingston at the Benedictine Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program for Teens + Adults, at the Samadhi Recovery House, + for the Ulster County Department of Probation in their Survivors of Sexual Assault program.
