Lionel Popkin Dance Master Class

PS21: Performance Spaces for the 21st Century presents three Dance Master Classes taught by members of the dance companies featured as part of the Chatham Dance Festival. The Dance Master Class series begins on Saturday August 2. Dancer, choreographer and UCLA dance professor Lionel Popkin, of Lionel Popkin Dance, will teach a class in the Skinner Releasing Technique, which uses poetic imagery and hands-on tactile studies to facilitate a deeper kinesthetic experience of movement.
