Local History Talk with Putnam Valley Historian, Dan Ricci

Tompkins Corners, in collaboration with Roaring Brook Garden Club, will present Dan Ricci, Putnam Valley Historian, on Zoom. He will talk about the local Native American population, the Nochpeem Wappinger, their sachems Canopus and Daniel Nimham, and the loss of their land due to unscrupulous means on the part of the Philipse family.
