Taught by Tony, a local resident and experienced yoga instructor, these 90 minute sessions are designed to offer participants an opportunity for social connection and yoga practice. Focused on increasing mobility and relaxation, these sessions are appropriate for individuals with a wide range of yoga experience – from those just starting to those who are more familiar with the practice.
The first 20 minutes of each session are designed for casual interaction and provide an opportunity for participants to meet one another and connect with the instructor.
