Join us for an interactive walking and tasting tour of our farm. Discover the symbiotic relationship between nature, agriculture, and flavor. You will learn all about our regenerative silvopasture farm and how we cultivate a diverse ecosystem that benefits both the land and the animals. You’ll get to visit the chickens, say hello to the sheep, check out the market garden, and get a sneak peek at our brand-new distillery. At each stop along the way, you'll indulge in a tasting. The tour will end with a seated lunch of seasonal frittata, a freshly picked salad, and farm-baked focaccia.
