The Nutcracker returns to The Culinary Institute of America on December 2 and 3. The perfect kick off to the holiday season for the young and young at heart--join Clara and her Nutcracker Prince as they battle the Rat Queen and journey to The Land of the Sweets to meet the Sugar Plum Fairy.
